About Us

Our Approach

Randall Consulting is a partnership network of leading Human Resource and Business professionals, led by founder and managing director Norman Randall.

The consultancy is passionate about providing clients with quality business solutions to a wide range of organisational, management development and training needs.

Working with senior teams in business, departmental and team facilitation, change management programmes, leadership development, management competencies, stress management and executive coaching. Our client base includes large multi-national corporations and small and medium sized enterprises as well as universities, colleges and private individuals.

Meet the Team

Norman Randall

Norman Randall is founder and Managing Director of Randall Consulting. He has nearly thirty years in organisational and management development. Before starting his own business, he was Group Training and Development Executive for a leading international manufacturer. His experience (which includes sixteen years in the Royal Air Force, three years with Rolls-Royce plc and three years with Courtaulds Textiles) covers both public and private sectors in areas as diverse as aerospace and textiles, heavy and light engineering and manufacturing, and FMCG. He is an associate tutor at the Centre for Quality Excellence at the University of Leicester, where he is the Module Leader for Human Aspects of Quality Management and Customer Service, and for Customer Relationship Management on MSc programmes.

Norman is passionate about bringing people in business into effective dialogue with each other. He is an executive coach and a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He has a Master's degree in Human Resource Development and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute. He is a qualified and active fencing coach and holds a Diploma in Sports Psychology.

Colin Tierney
Colin Tierney Colin has enjoyed a long and varied career in the field of consultancy and training and development within public and private sectors. He is an associate lecturer in Project Management at Warwick University, and has published articles in international journals on tele-working and culture change. Majoring in change management and culture change programmes, he has more recently developed challenging interventions around bullying and harassment. Colin is convinced of the power of storytelling in communication and has developed stories to facilitate a range of personal and organisational development issues.


Clare Neal
Clare Neal An HR generalist with extensive experience of recruitment, executive search and selection, and career consulting, Clare has British Psychological Society qualifications in psychometric assessment and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She has designed and delivered bespoke 360 -degree development instruments for the executive teams of large public and private corporations and, as an executive coach, she works with senior managers and Board members of some of the largest blue-chip organisations.
Marion Parris
Marion Parris Marion is an experienced trainer and facilitator with a particular interest in developing the communication skills of both individuals and teams in order to make working relationships more productive. Marion's main focus is in supervisory management and accredited trainer development, mainly in the private sector. She is a licensed Work-Life Balance Practitioner and Investors in People advisor.
Ken Way
Ken Way Ken Way started his career as a sports psychologist where he completed projects for the Sports Council, amongst others, before working in the sports industry in management roles in both marketing and training. Now he works mainly with senior executives and elite sports-people - helping them achieve their own personalised version of 'peak performance'. His relaxed and easy-going approach enables him to work effectively with individuals and teams from a wide range of backgrounds and experience. He is a Master Trainer of NLP and qualified psychotherapist.


June Burrough

June has combined 20 years of tutoring and consultancy with 9 years of management in the theatre to develop methods of working which encourages groups and individuals to assess and analyse their skills and knowledge, to discover intuitive answers for themselves through dialogue and experience of situations, and understand the importance of taking responsibility for their own actions. She has taught on programmes at Warwick Business School and she is founder and Managing Director of the Pierian Centre, a new Training Centre in the heart of Bristol aiming to encourage personal development and improvement in working practices.
